The person responsible for the performance of dedicated technical equipment

The person responsible for dedicated technical devices is appointed by the operator with the letter of appointment or power of attorney. On the basis of this Charter the person assumes responsibility for the dedicated technical devices amended by NV 101/2005 Coll., EN 501 10-1 ed. 2 Art. 4.3, EN 1775 ed. 2 Art. 8.1.1, CSN 69 0012, Annex 1, Art. II., Para. 3 point. b) and ISO 12480-1 Art. 5.2.
