OKIN Group was divided into separate companies OKIN BPS and OKIN FACILITY

Prague, 2.1.2017 – On January 1, 2017 OKIN Group was divided into two separate companies – OKIN BPS and OKIN FACILITY. There is no change for business partners and employees caused by this separation.

Division BPS remains in the company OKIN Group a.s., which since January is called OKIN BPS, a.s.. Division FACILITY Management with its daughterly companies, is now part of the new company OKIN FACILITY, a.s..

“Both divisions have worked independently so far but were parts of the OKIN Group. In the past, this model had brought many advantages, namely stability and support of the whole company, which enabled permanent development. A difference of businesses of both divisions has called for a differentiation of brands. In many cases the support processes are also different. I am convinced that the division of businesses into separate companies will be the step in the right direction for their development,” says the owner of the OKIN Group, Michal Jelínek.

There is no change in the owner and organizational structure. There is also no change for the employees of OKIN Group. Work in both companies continues with the current teams. Both OKIN BPS and OKIN FACILITY expect a rise in their business in 2017 and they plan to hire 300 additional employees in this year.
